We will begin by helping you clearly lay out your goals, to make sure you are laser focussed on what you want to achieve. We will then take you through our thorough lifestyle and postural assessment that will enable your coach to design the right program for YOU.
Apart from training you in our private studio we will also design the workouts to do in your own time and coach you on how best to eat to achieve your goals.
Pre-post natal fitness coaching
There is not much in the way of information out there for the delicate matter of exercising whilst pregnant or on how to re-start a fitness routine after giving birth. This means many mothers end up giving up exercise and giving up hope of regaining their figure.
This really shouldn’t be the case!
Our resident Pre and Postnatal Fitness Coach, Melanie, specialises in this area of exercise, and, being a mum herself, has all the experience new mums and mums-to-be need to stay fit and healthy!

Perhaps you are a regular gym goer and are not getting the results you want, perhaps you are a busy mum that would like to train at home…This could be the solution for you! Our coaches’ skills are now not limited to our personal training anymore!

Nutritional Advice consultations
More and more people are realising that health and correct eating are deeply interconnected. We understand this can be a confusing matter for many so we offer private consultations to help people understand what to eat, when to eat it and what supplementation might be required to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Fitness Bootcamps
